In Courtenay we trust. She has been an integral part in my childrens everyday life at Llandudno and has made it a safe haven for them. Someone they and we as parents trust, which is a really big deal. She feels like family. All three of my children adore Courtenay. She is a support in every way for a parent and for a child.

There is absolutely no reason why Courtenay should not continue in the aftercare roll she currently fulfills! Why are you trying to get rid of her? I smell a rat!

I find this totally unacceptable, Courtenay is a huge part of what Charlotte loves about the school
