I have watched this program since 2015 and for the last five seasons have had the privilege to sit at the scorers table behind the microphone. Tim Sullivan is Cooper. Forget the success on the court look at who he is and the respect and admiration his former players and students have for him. I have said for years his players play hard have respect for each other and respect for their opponent. It has been an honor to announce his name every home game and I hope they do the right thing the only thing and keep him where he belongs as the head basketball coach of his Cooper Jaguars

It’s disheartening to see a highly respected coach being silenced and pressured to resign, especially when their success and dedication to sports program are evident. This situation highlights a troubling trend where egos take precedence over the well-being of our student-athletes and the values that should guide our sports programs. We need to prioritize data-driven decisions and foster an environment that supports our coaches, rather than undermining them. It’s time to stand up for what truly benefits our students and preserve the integrity of our athletic programs. Let's work together to ensure our youth sports remain focused on development, teamwork, and respect!
