Is this a leadership catastrophe or what. Maybe he should move to one of the other schools in the district. I'm sure someone would rather have him over what they have.

The Sullivan family upholds a standard of greatness through and through. The influence that a coach has on players for the rest of their lives is incredible, and Sullivan continues to do this day in and day out for his players. There is no better example of what the role is supposed to look like and achieve.

I graduated in 2015, never played any types of sports in highschool, however I remember Mr. Sullivan being a great leader and teacher at Cooper high school!

Tim has created a culture at Cooper that has built a winning program, helped to mentor young men on and off the court and made a difference in so many lives. There are people that have moved or built houses to specifically have the opportunity to play for him. His record speaks for itself.

Tim’s the best in the 9th Region and maybe the state. He requires effort and discipline. If these are things you don’t want along with playing for the region championship year in and year out then they should look elsewhere. What are they thinking?!! Hope for best Sullivan family! I know you want to stay there. But there will be about 150 schools reaching out. After hearing what Tim’s former players tell me about the details of his program and the obvious success, I don’t see how this isn’t personal. It doesn’t make sense.

I met Tim when my kids were at Cooper when the school was first opened. My kids did not play for him but I met him and my sons spoke highly of him. He is a great coach. If there is not an issue we don’t know about, which I doubt there is, then the removal of him is strictly personal and shameful.

Sully is hands down one of the best coaches in the state and an even better person. Sad to see him being let go for what seems like a personal issue with either the AD and/or principal. Maybe the principal and AD need to step down and goes elsewhere.
