The board needs to show a reason that this is happening. Mike Wilson has pulled this before, firing people simply because he doesn’t like them, and providing 0 reasoning.
Sullivan has always been a great faculty member at Cooper, and has made great things happen for the team time and time again. Yet here we are, and it looks like it’s petty and personal. Speak up, board, why is this happening?

This man has so many supporters and it’s unfair to even think about getting rid of him players and pass players sticking up for this man is telling what the type of person he is he is just the type of coach every school should have it’s unfair Who feathers did he ruffle cause what I see he’s a good man and hella couch. it’s a injustice I’m in Newport and I stand for these kids and their coach

Sully exemplifies what it means to be a coach,
teacher and member of our community. Mike Wilson and Randy Borchers- you both are embarrassing to Cooper and the City of Union. You both are weak and do not deserve the titles in which hold. You both are jealous, classless, and small minded. Do the Cooper community a favor and resign!

Coach Sullivan and his family has given so much time to all his players! They are family forever bonded by His love and support even after they graduate! He helps them become great young men! I’m forever blessed that two of my sons had the opportunity to play for him and now one has returned back to be an assistant coach - he played football in college and now he is giving back to his Mentor Coach Sullivan! It is time for us to give back to him and his family!
