Scott Slayton has the deepest passion for the game and the players he coaches. He does not deserve to be fired based upon his last several seasons. Instead he deserves to be reinstated because of the impact he has had on the basketball program, the community and on students of the game of ALL ages. It's clear that this community wants Scott Slayton as head coach!

Mr. Slayton cares about teaching character in our young men. This is the most important part of the coach's job. I think he should be reinstated.

I've had some dreams and one of those dreams was having coach slayton as my coach and going to the basketball districts and then maybe make it to states and from that moment I've always wanted to play basketball and now I am, so give coach slayton his job back.

Give coach his job back because it's not all about a win lose ratio and if he does go most of the basketball team probably won't come back and the new rookie that has the job will have an even worse win lose ratio

He's a great teacher and a great coach. Everyone has a losing streak. It's not always the coach it's the players too

I remember him when he 1st started at Redland. He was the best then and still is.
