I find it ironic that on Monomoy's website, Principal Burkead's profile speaks to "Bill’s ability to foster connections with students and parents" yet I find in the case of dismissing Adam Rose, he did it anything but foster connections or evaluate any facts from all parties in making his decision to fire him from coaching.
This entire situation smells to me like either Principal Bill Burkhead along with Athletic Director Brendan Case have their own horse in the race and want one of their pals to take the coaching position.
It will be interesting to see who the new coach may be and to see how connected that person is to Burkhead or Case.

Reinstate Coach Rose...he is a great coach and a great person...we need coaches that can be there for the players weather is on or off the court....

I've know Coach Rose for many years and if Monomoy is short-sighted and foolish enough to let such a fine coach go - shame on them. i have no doubt that he will be grabbed up quickly by another school.

It's laughable that a few vocal parents can ruin such a dedicated and passionate coach. If I were one of the players that complained to mommy and daddy that I wasn't getting enough playing time I would be ashamed. In the real world will mommy and daddy yell at your boss and have him fired one day because you suck at your job?.

I've known Adam for a long time; he is a master at his craft and legitimately cares about the program. He deserves to keep inspiring.
