As a former player its critical Scott understand the small town atmosphere be kept. Hall is a Caching star in the making., Using money outside compounds the issue greater. If you proceed in furthering choose a different coach than Hall, it will show the continued lack of support, double standard and division. Did hiring gary from outside firm work? No. Fans, Alumni, players, professors, community members even us Federal Firefighters support Hall. Intiate sound judgement for all parties. Build the Dam not the Divided dam.
