He has done a successful job.. This is a mans career we are talking about. This effects his record as a coach and i just don't see anything to warrant this kind of treatment. A coach and an AD spends many hours away from home on the job. If you were to count the time spent you would see they are underpaid. They would have to love it and With all the testimony we have heard from all his students it is apparent he loves what he does. The only team that hasn't done good is VB and Vv. The BB coach has had one year. I vote to renew his contract.

I'm not into the political side of things, I can only say that Coach Grubbs has been nothing but good for my son Tyler Ellis.. Tyler respects him not only as a coach, but as a person and a mentor. Tyler has nothing but good things to say about him..he's hard on them when they need it ,but praises them at the same time. I have met with him on more than one occasion and he truly has the kids best interest at heart!! I would hate to see him go!!!

I gotta say didnt play this year or last year really in football but when i was there feeling a little down he would pushed us to limits i thought id never get to, him and all the staff of coaches are great coaches and i feel like they've all impacted BG and have helped us make a difference inBG
