Keep Coach Ed.
I believe the decision making of the AD needs to be looked at based on his prior decision making record to let another coach go without justification that was hired back. Coach Ed is needed in order for this program to continue to grow and succeed.

Ed coached my daughter the last 2 years of her high school career. He was one of the best coaches she had. He is an asset to the BEHS volleyball program. He's passionate about coaching, he cares about the girls and challenges them to put forth their best effort on and off the court. Please keep Ed as BEHS volleball coach.

This Brings tears to my eyes. I could never thank Coach Ed for everything that he tought me. Not only did he teach me volleyball, He was always right by my side talking me up when I was down, he always knew how to get in my head somehow and pump myself and my teammates up. He never let us give up, he taught me to be strong no matter what! It would be devastating to everyone if he didn't continue coaching!

Coach Ed was awesome. I came to every volleyball game in high school just because of that dude and how great of a coach he was. He made me feel like part of the team even though i was just a high school volley ball fan. Remarkable guy.

Coach Ed was a wonderful coach to me and the other girls that have played for him! When I had to leave to go to an immediate care center after an injury he wanted me to update him on how serious my injury was. That truly shows how much he cares about his players.

This is very disappointing to hear! Ed has a great relationship with the girls and my daughter especially enjoyed playing for him. I felt he was a great face of a program. I was proud that my daughter was able to play for him. I certainly think if he is not allowed to return it will be a disservice to all of these girls that put in so much hard work!

I played for Ed and have worked for him (KVA). He's done so much for the program, it would be such a loss to the school and the girls who have worked so hard to get the program to where it is now. He deserves this coaching position.
