I've known Frank Dasti Jr. since he was a little kid and had the pleasure of being part of the coaching staff when he played Summer All-Star baseball for Millburn. He was dedicated to the game as a player and he's just as dedicated to the game and his team as a coach. It would be foolish to let him and his staff go as they have helped form a solid nucleus for the future of Madison High School baseball.

I fully support keeping Frank Dasti as MHS Head Coach. Coach Dasti is a mentor to every player (past and present). He coached my son in his senior year (2016). He taugh team playing first and foremost. He cares about each and every player on his team! KEEP COACH DASTI!!!!

Coach Dasti is one of a kind. He is a uniquely dedicated, talented and passionate baseball coach. Most important, he genuinely cared about the overall well-being of my son. His honest, empathetic and selfless approach is a reason my son is playing at the college level today. Coach Dasti puts his players, the team and the program before himself. The influence he had on my son was profound, and he remains to be an important coach, mentor and friend. The mere fact that I am forced to respond to a petition in support of his position as head baseball coach is beyond disappointing.

Coach Dasti is a true baseball mind and class act. You will not find another coach that puts as much time, heart, and effort into a program like Coach Dasti does with Madison. His knack for the game of baseball is uncanny. However, he is an even better person that truly cares about every single one of his players. I wish I could play every season under Coach Dasti.

Coach Dasti has been a mentor to my son and has given him some life lessons on maturing. He has a way to get the boys to work hard and teach baseball as not only a sport but something to take with you for the rest of your life. Hard work and dedication never hurt anyone.

My son, Brian Chinni, was lucky enough to have Coach Dasti as his Madison Varsity Baseball Coach for his senior year at MHS. His commitment and knowledge of the game was apparent from day one. He coached with heart, enthusiasm, and respect for the game and his players. Having Coach Dasti as the head coach of the MHS baseball team is not only beneficial to the program as a whole, but to each individual player. I only wish Brian had him as his coach for more than the one year.

We have been very happy with Coach Dasti and his other coaches and our son enjoyed every aspect of the program over the past year. Coach Dasti goes the extra mile to communicate with players and parents and to set up a program which includes off season games (summer), practices, and weight training which is critical to being prepared for the season.

Coach Dasti has done an AMAZING job with the Madison Baseball Program. We can not allow him to be fired because of LIES and bittter parents!!!! Why has no one from the administration reached out to us for our thoughts and comments????
