Let’s take a look at this decision from a different prospective. If you want to be successful in any endeavor whether it be business or a baseball team, first off you have to have knowledge. Then comes commitment. Then comes integrity. Then comes hardwork and hours of showing up and putting all you have and believe in into your project! Then you build a team of associates that has the same commitment to take your project into the future! SUCCESS COMES not overnight but with time! Crisp Academy has done this with their basketball programs for years! Why hasn’t it been done with our baseball program? You cannot and will not have a successful program without keeping the same Coach with a vision of what is to come. This has been a pattern for years at CA and I don’t understand the concept. Everyone wants to see success! Continue with the ones who showed progress and success and let them build a baseball program! Many very talented players have walked thru those doors at the school over the years and learned how to be successful on the field and off. And some were lucky enough to have a good coach, some were not. At this particular time and season of our school history, we have been given the opportunity to show these kids the path to success. Keep the Coach who has the vision for these kids and who chose to bring on two more coaches, TJ and Dustin who have the same vision and commitment to these boys and our school. Coach Brandon has done a wonderful job of building these boys as a baseball players and as a TEAM! Don’t throw away this opportunity to let our boys shine and be successful! Coach Brandon will do this! Please give him the opportunity! He has built character in a group that is willing to do the work and be successful!

CA bows down to whoever it is they need to bow down to. This is not the first time administration has done something absolutely insane. I’m gonna speak it how it is, CA hates to see boys be successful on anything they do, we had a breakout season this year at CA and I can easily say it’s the best year at Ca I’ve had in 4 years. Coach Brandon cares about each and everyone of his players no matter how good or bad you are. Plesee tell me the last time a coach came for 1 YEAR AND WON A REGION CHAMPIONSHIP WITH THE SAME EXACT PLAYERS WHO WENT 3-15 THE YEAR BEFORE. Apparently CA wants to head in a “different direction” than coach brandon was going??? But I can’t help to think what could that direction be?? Back to being negative by 10 games instead of keeping a winning culture. The crazy thing is not one parent player or board member got a say in this

Baseball parents and players take a look at who has signed the petition and you will quickly learn who is on the ME team and not the WE team. “Parents complaining” is not good enough and the athletic director owes our boys more. Not once were ALL parents or players communicated with or involved in this decision. These players enjoyed baseball more this year than they ever have because of coaches that believed in them and worked with them. For the first time ever they were smiling on the field, chanting in the dugout, and having fun. They were looking forward to another winning season next year and now most of them don’t even want to play. Way to support our boys CA! If you don’t want to see the boys athletic program be successful maybe you should consider becoming an all girls school.

He is the one of if not the best coaches I’ve ever I have ever had. He won coach of the year and we won region for the first time in a long time. He loves the sport and each and every player on the team.

We are so very thankful for Coach Brandon and how he has worked with my son and kept him focused on doing the right thing. He showed him integrity and gave him grace when needed. He held him accountable for his words and actions which kept him encouraged to do the right thing. He gave him something to earn and work towards. He gave him a purpose. We absolutely need him for so many reasons beyond just a win!

No consideration or thought was given to the players. There have been coaches in the past involved in way more nefarious activities than anything that was alleged to have been done by Coach B that got to stick around for a while

My son Charles has played baseball at CA for 5 years. This year is the 1st year they have truly been a baseball team. Coach Brandon brought these boys together & built something truly special. He cares about them on & off the field. Does he expect the very best, absolutely! We have waited years for a coach like him! I was shocked, angry & sad when I heard he had been fired. Charles will not be at CA next year, but to deprive the boys already on the team & the ones coming up of a coach that gives his all? It makes me question the decisions being made at CA.

One heck of a good coach. He led the CA Varisty Boys to multiple wins that hasn’t been done by a CA coach in years. He also helped TJ and Dustin with our middle school boys Great job Brandon Miller.
