We the parents and players of Kalyani Bharat FC recently heard that Mr. Barry Knowles' contract is yet to be renewed. We urge you to renew his contract as soon as possible.
Barry is an asset to the club. His expertise and presence is essential to the success of an exemplary football club. You must be proud of all he and his staff have accomplished in the last year and a half. His dedication and care he gives to the development of each of the players is quite evident.
We have seen the performance and improvement in our children and the increased buzz about Bharat FC in the city. All of this has happened in the short span of 16 months.
We have always been impressed by and supportive of the vision of the academy and are grateful to Bharat Forge for the efforts made on behalf of our children. We believe retaining Barry Knowles is key to realising the laudable vision and bringing lustre to the founding organisation. We look forward to receiving your positive reply.

Our son is Playing under the Guidance of Mr Barry. We have seen amazing improvement in Foot ball he plays . Barry has great contribution towards his play. We need to continue him as Coatch. He is the Energy behind Bharat FC . !!
Barry Knowles is the best coach I've been under and have gained immense knowledge about the game. His passion and involvement towards the game is exceptional and he is a huge asset to our club. As a senior player of bharat fc u19 I humbly request the authority in charge to retain him and offer him a renewal. His loss will be a major setback to our club. I hope the right decision is taken. Thank you
Barry is an essential member of the academy. Under his guidance we have not only become better football players, but better human beings in general. He is very dedicated to the academy and all its members. Surely, he deserves another contract!
Barry is very important for KBFC . He should be retained if KBFC is to continue. Otherwise, KBFC is going to be another ordinary academy. Over the past 18 months, I personally witnessed terrific progress in the soccer prowess of the kids under Barry's coaching.
Barry has been an asset and is the reason why my son is passionate about the game and wants to make it his career.
Excellent Coach....He is a big assets to this this nation... Children have seen significant improvement in themselves.

No coach has passion for not just football but for developing budding soccer players as Barry has. Barry's exit will take away the very essence of what KBFC stands for. Today the management has a choice whether to make KBFC great force in Indian football or be another "could have been" . Choose wisely, retained Barry!
