Glencoe needs alternative dining options. We love Cibo. Allow us to bring BYOB. And we will be happy.

We need to keep fine restaurants like Cibo's in our town especially with the new theater opening. Please reconsider giving them the liquor license and make Glencoe a better place for our residents.

If Glencoe would like to fill its many empty store fronts, it is essential that the Village Board supports, rather than stifles, new businesses.

It has been wonderful to have another quality restaurant in Glencoe.. It's such an improvement from the last two restaurants in the space. It's also been a lively meeting place for neighbors and friends. Please grant Cibo their liquor license ASAP. Jennifer Balestrery

As a business professor at DePaul University, I admire Rick Raschillo's entrepreneurial spirit and business instincts. I am a customer at both his mvp gym in Glencoe, as well as a frequent diner at his Northfield restaurant. His business's are well run and he tends to his business operations exceptionally well. He is a unique combination of a strategist and operations expert. He's opened a fine dining restaurant in Glencoe, with a family atmosphere and very reasonable price points for the NorthShore. The Glencoe city managers would be well served to encourage this type of business in its downtown.
