We need a place like Cibo. There are so very few options in Glencoe. Please at a minimum consider relaxing the BYOB rules.

By forcing Cibo to close, The village administration is punishing the residents of Glencoe. Do the right thing and give them BYOB rights followed by a liquor license.

I grew up in Glencoe and was proud that my town supported local businesses. I hope they will reconsider the liquor license and support their local buisness's. It really is a must in this day and age. Empty storefronts and bare streets don't bode well for a nice community like Glencoe. And sadly, if this restaurant does close- it will dampen Glencoe's reputation. There are other neighboring communities that will welcome new restaurants and business...

We want what is good for the community. This establishment is a community asset. Creative goverment is required to make Glencoe the best that it can be. We need more of this kind of business.

Please keep Cibo open by granting them BYOB rights, at the very least!

This establishment has only enhanced glencoe's appeal while providing great wages to people, the government cannot be allowed to kill such a wonderful business

I am a Glencoe resident. This is ridiculous that this restaurant can't get a liquor license.

Come on Glencoe! Let's try and get it right for a change! Oh, and by the way, their employees probably need their jobs...

I've lived in Glencoe for over 35 years and for 35 years I've always heard, property taxes are so high because we have no tax base and the property tax must cover almost all of it. Drive thru Glencoe at 10:00 PM and it's alive for the first time in my residency. It's hard for me to believe that we can't give these guys a chance. Their restaurant is nicely appointed and the food is good. Why screw with success, when it has been so hard to come by? Just look at all our empty store fronts.

Village of Glencoe, PLEASE!! Recognize what your residents, your visitors (hello! New Writers Theatre!), and your tax base wants. Grant what needs granting and support an excellent investment in village life and dining!

Please keep this business open. I'm very disappointed that VOG has failed to approve a liquor license for this fine establishment. Let's work together here and make the "center of town" even more enjoyable. Thank you.
