Chancellor Llorens was the most inspirational and personable Chancellors we had during my tenure at Southern University (2007-2013). The ONLY chancellor to physical check on the conditions of students during inclimate weather and housing conditions. To lose a man with such a repore with the students will be a disastrous decision. Keep Llorens!!!

Chancellor Llorens is one of the many reasons I loved this school sooo much! To see him and his wife at almost any SU event! SUpporting faithfully! The Chacellors Wife went to the Soccer Games when nobody else was sitting in the crowds! The Chancellor Amended an Out Of State Fee Waiver bill that was passed for just some out of state students, just to keep student here! This man and his wife have a Passion for this school! We will be wrongfully done if that Blue and Gold Burning Passion is put out from under us!!
