No! I do not want more traffic on Adams; the blind curves are so dangerous at this point you can barely cross the street for fear of being hit!

This project is inconsistent with the surrounding residential uses and fails to meet the compatibility requirement for issuance of a conditional use permit. It will create traffic, safety, and noise issues that will adversely affect the values of the surrounding single-family homes. It's a poorly-conceived, poorly-designed project that should be rejected by the City.

This is not an environmentally sound proposition. Adams Street cannot handle this type of traffic.

I am against the proposed development. To me, Carlsbad's charm has been it's open space and dedication to nature and recreation. This development in particular will negatively impact the City, and the lagoon in particular, by adding density and heavy tourism with potential disrespect for our natural habitat.
