I want our security Carlos stay at segerstrom because he is part of the jaguar family and he's a hard working person, he's very nice with all the kids at segerstrom high school.

Carlos was an exceptional security guard the 4 years that I was at Segertrom. He kept my team mates and myself out of trouble by showing us that we shouldn't be doing the wrong things. Segerstrom is is home, and you can't take away one of Segerstroms foundations away.

I was introduced to Carlos "Los" before my freshman year at Segerstrom by my uncle. Carlos is the best ever. He would always say hi to me. He even had a nickname for me which was "Little Flores." I want Los at Segerstrom. There is no reason in the world why Los should not be at Segerstrom!

He is awesome with the kids..has patience and is very friendly..unlike the other securities who use profanity with kids and are rude....but Carlos is a great asset to segerstrom..dont know why he would be moved instead of the other ones.

LOS, coming into the Jaguar family my senior really changed the relationship between the students and the authority of the security guards. He made us feel welcomed and safe rather than on our toes like the others he worked with.

Los, is so kind hearted And has always gone way beyond his job as a security guard and has become part of what segerstrom stands for. Anytime anyone was having problems or a bad day he would always go the extra mile to help and has really impacted so many people. When my dad passed away he was always there with kind words to help me through a very difficult time. He means so much to segerstrom and deserves to stay.
