Canvey Conservatives and the residents of Canvey Island demand that Essex County Council DO NOT switch off Street lights on Canvey Island between Midnight and 5am.
We appreciate that there are both financial and environmental benefits to the proposal but the safety of residents and motorists should outweigh those considerations.
