Ridiculous! When they use excuses like ' it is grossly offensive' and ' it sterotypes black people as being the only race that can enjoy it!'
These then are the people who are creating racism by making up this rubbish. It never once crossed my mind and I am sure millions of others, that it's colour had anything to do with people and the colour of there skin!

This is totally ridiculous. How can any person with any sense take offence to this. This kind of behaviour to words is the cause of the divide that is being made between people. I don't care whether your black, white, pink or what colour you are if you can take offence at words like blackboard, black currant jam etc etc than you have bigger problems than the colour of your skin FACT

this is black in colour and is not racist to say that this is racist is dam right stupidity, why not ban the colour black all together, they must have really sad lives to think things up like this,I have had black pudding all my life and never once thought like that why don't they do something useful with their lives instead of attacking our culture,black pudding as nothing to do with race.

this is absolutely ridiculous, what is this government coming to? how utterly childish, i dont believe in racism but i fail to see how black pudding can be classed as racist! next they'll be saying black coffee is racist! you dont see white people complaing that white coffee is rascist! utterly ridiculous! shouldnt the government be concentrating on more serious matters such as 'the floods' than trying to ban black pudding through racism?!
