This is the stupidity thing I've ever heard! I work in a Tesco Express and obviously serve hundreds of different people, I can assure you, no matter there race, they all love black pudding! Next we won't be allowed to have "milkybars" or "bournvile" chocolate. Get a grip!

Its been around for generations and now you want to ban it from our uk supermarket shelves personally i do not like black pudding but i know people who do if any thing they are the ones being racist not the food i don't think that people of other cultures mind it staying on our shelves and i certainly think thy wont mind the name being kept

you get white pudding too, is that racist!! the pudding when cooked is black, do we now consider black clothing, shoes, bags etc racist? This is going from the sublime to the ridiculous now. I'll ask black friends if they find the term "black pudding" racist, I'll probably be laughed at for being so stupid as to ask the question.
