I come from the Isle of Lewis where Stornoway Black Pudding is a massive part of our culture. It has nothing to do with racism as with white chocolate and white wine and indeed white pudding. I find it racist to suggest that anything named white or black are equated to our skin colour. I would think we were passed all of this.

So it's being deemed as racist like all other 'black' things. There is nothing more racist than banning 'black' things, as in the 'black' doll and allowing the 'white' one. And calling it 'Pigs Blood Pudding'. That's wont be allowed will it? And by the way, I have never seen a 'black' person, only 'brown' ones.

So if black pudding is a racist mark what about white paper,white paint,white lines the colour white in general I'm not being funny we are not born racist, it's how the country is run that has made it racist how many Afro carribean ppl actually think black pudding is racist they probably don't care as many don't eat it as many of the other cultures don't eat others food but ppl who do them that's great but why make everything into a racist mark it's just not on Infact aren't it the ppl who are thinking of these stupid things racist themselves mmmm now there's a question to ask urself anything to make the countries divide they will regret one day has the countries will turn on the leaders I can see it probably not in my lifetime but I can see it happening x

What a load of crap, where are we going in this country seriously the government need to get a grip. I'm not a racist and never will be but if we go over seas We have to accept there culture and ways of life but people can come here and freely change our history, we should keep all our names and rights if other cultures dong like them stay away.

This is a load of rubbish. Black is name black pudding because that is the colour. It does not indicate racism is any way. If this is the case, and a black board has been made to change it's name then why is a white board still named that? Because it isn't racist in any way or form!
