more thought needs to be put into this area across from a school!

It is imperative that we keep this a residential area. We have two schools on North Booth.

A senior living complex and/or recreation use might be okay, but we're definitely don't need businesses there. Why can't the businesses use the empty retail space at Bells Ferry & I575?
