I do not wish to have this beautiful place turned into a park. Doing that takes away any characteristic(s) of enjoying the natural beauty up there.

Just because we live in a time of doing things "better" doesn't mean the people with the almighty dollar should go looking for "projects". Especially not in the mountains. Please, do not do this.
