BELL Mountain is naturally beautiful as is. Paving a road to the top and putting in observation decks is a waste of resources and money.

Please don't ruin Bell Mountain, it's beautiful and perfect the way it is. Also it will prevent many trail riders and hikers from visiting if it is changed. Economically, it's better the way it is
