Bell is absolutely gorgeous and I love taking my Jeep up there to ride the train and watch the sunset. If you change it it'll all be commercialized and it'll ruin the beauty of it.. Pls don't change it!! It means so much to so many people.

keep it just the way it is.. no need to make it like every other pavement covered place..its nature, just because its a tad hard to get up to the top doesn't mean pave you're own easy way up..keep it the way mother nature built it and keep the pavement for the shopping malls and minivans
