We the residents of Arizona demand of Governor Ducey and all local governing officials, that our State of Arizona businesses, churches, schools, etc. and all individual and personal freedoms be retained, by allowing the business and/or individuals to make the decisions for themselves to stay open to conduct business and/or live their lives in freedom, without the threat of business shut down and/or penalties, or home imprisonment base on "shelter in place" orders. It is the individuals right to stay home or not, for their health and safety. It is not the governments job to dictate or infringe upon constitutional rights and freedoms of an individual.

In additional, all individuals have the right to personally decide to wear a face mask or not. There is no Arizona or U.S. constitutional law in place to enforce the mandate or proclamation to wear a mask and it is the individuals right, not the governments, to dictate any form of compliance or submission in regards to their individual personal health, safety or rights.
