My family live in Basingstoke they use the ice rink on a regular basis, they go has a family, this is family time for them. Keeps them fit and active

Basingstoke needs leisure facilities for all and in particular our youth. This rink has produced local GB champions - if it closes it is unlikely to boast any future stars on ice!

A brilliant resource to keep people active that is not a nightmare to travel to. Reading is too congested and I avoid it if possible. Basingstoke is easier to access for all those from further south.

Pls keep the rink we should be able to bring money to Basingstoke with people coming from further afield to visit the town. The ice rink could have additional attractions with it

Such a busy rink : I travel from Poole to coach my students many whom have travelled for 18 years from Poole/Weymouth/Bournemouth/ & Richmond to train with me ::please save our rink::

I skate at the rink 2 or 3 times a week. It needs maintenance but it offers a vital resource which many enjoy as part of keeping fit and having fun.

The loss of the rink would be huge to the various user groups who are based here in both ice hockey and ice skating plus the impact on the community of a vital and unique to the area youth venue going

Great Ice Rink, lots of memories here. Would be a bad idea to close it as it would give the kids of today even less to do.
