MA High is 1 mile closer than the alternative. And a much safer bike ride from this neighborhood, compared to Sequoia HS. Of all the schools in the district, MA has the highest SAT scores and the largest number of college-bound students.

Please observe the natural boundaries and include all of none of North Fair Oaks in the Menlo-Atherton High district.

My son walked to school at MA - I am against changing the boundaries.

The North Fair Oaks is a neigborhood with an active community and threfore a special place. It does not make any sense to me changing the school boundaries!

I live north east of Middlefield in North Fair Oaks, Menlo Park and support the school boundary staying at 5th Ave. Our friends / neighbors / active community are on 6th and 7th as well as the higher number avenues. Households on 6th 7th support our local park, watch out for our safety, mingle socially, share concerns. They need to STAY included in NFO boundary for high school.

It seems if we are assigned to M-A then opting to attend Sequoia would be easier than if we are assigned to SHS and try to attend M-A.

need to discuss K-8 options, RWC schools versus MP schools. It is not easy to send your kids to RWC K-8 schools, then switch to MA high school (if you child has all their friends going to RWC high schools, such as Sequoia).

Please keep the unincorporated Menlo Park neighborhoods as part of Menlo-Atherton High School. It's part of why many of us bought homes here.

We are Menlo Park so why can't our children be allowed to go to "our" Menlo Atherton High School? That's one of the reasons we chose to live here.
