Coggeshall needs something more fun like a skate park for the older kids! I wish it could of been there a few years ago so I could have fun on it!

Coggeshall definitely needs more at the park area, we usually end up driving to other local parks because Coggeshall park gets boring quickly for children older than 5

Think its a good idea. A lot of skaters also video their tricks so it opens them up to photography. It is also a great feeder into snowboarding.

I've been skating since I can remember and places like silver end and tiptree are now pinned on the map towards the younger community solely for the skateparks they contain. Not only will it be great for the community but it will bring more customers to local shops and IT WILL GET YOUR KIDS OUTSIDE INSTEAD OF BEING STUCK TO THE TVVVV!!!

This was spoken about 20 years ago surely now is the right time with all the extra homes. At the mo it's just used for people to let there dogs run around off their leads

Not much available to do for youngsters in Coggeshall -playground for younger kids nothing for older/teenage kids .. Fabulous opportunity to encourage outdoor healthy activity - allow away time from electronics and promote social skills within a wonderful community- Coggeshall needs this.

I have been skating for nearly nine years now. Started when I was 12 in Braintree though skating I have traveled the country, over come fears, experienced a new sense of freedom and even made a career out of chouching skate boarding at parks and schools. This is all without stating the fact that I have made amazing friends off all ages from all backgrounds all thanks to a piece of wood and metal. This is why Coggedhall needs it's own skatepark give more people these opportunities.

We need a concrete skatepark! Brings the community together. It's worked so well for other towns etc.

I think this is a great idea, it's been something that children have wanted in the area for a long time but unfortunately has never had the go ahead! Good luck.
