This school is not the best in education but it's where I went since middle school and everything and everyone deserves a chance to become great so many memories and friends were made here

I have been going to Acacia Elementary Charter since 3rd grade. In the upcoming school year I was to attend Acacia Middle Charter for 6th grade. I've always been very advanced in school. Unlike schools I previously attended Acacia has helped me advance even more.
My friends and I have all made plans for the upcoming school and the news of it possibly being revoked was very hard to take in.

They want to close the schools because of violations. But weren't those violations taken care of already? Don't find excuses just because you can't find extra money, because really, that's what it comes down too. THESE CHILDREN NEED THESE SCHOOLS. They are our future and if their love for a certain school and a certain way of life is taken from them, what are you doing to the community? We are called to do great things in our community, in our beloved Stockton. Closing down two schools will not benefit our children. It will not benefit our community. KEEP ACACIA SCHOOL OPEN!

I am a founding parent of the school. I am in favor of the school to be maintained open. My children have gone here for 3 years. It has exellent staff and very capable.

There are already too many students crowded into our schools, our classroom. Closing a school will just add to this problem. Please don't close this school. My nephew depends on it for his education and going to another school and crowding them even more will not help his or anyone's education. Thank you.

I write to call to your attention to a truly unique and highly valuable education system that Acacia Community Charter Schools have developed to the city of Stockton, CA. I am a community family educator with over 20 years of experience and form part of Acacia as a parent and staff member. Currently I am a Parent Educator and Paraprofessional for Acacia where I help parents connect with their child's education. I have two children who attend Acacia Elementary and 1 who attends Acacia Middle School. I have witnessed how my children and other children in Acacia have rapidly grown with the excellent education system that Acacia has offered them. It would be devastating to close down a school that has given students a great educational environment. Therefore I urge you to give our children an opportunity to succeed at Acacia Charter Schools.

Why close a great school? The kids in this city need all the opportunities to get a proper education. This Charter School is doing a better job than SUSD if you compare test scores.
