I think acacia elementary and acacia middle school is a very very good education. I love the staff's enthusiasm to the students and teachers. I really hope the school stays open because I never found this brilliant education anywhere.

I'll be there with our sister school Acacia to support the students and families. Livermore families support Acacia families. Please take time to learn about how you got to this place. www.reformourcharterschools.org

I want thank all of you for taking the time to post on this petition. This is not an easy process, and our district takes it very seriously. We feel that you, the parents, deserve to hear both sides of the story and we hope you can attend the upcoming meeting. If you cannot, or you would like to contact me directly, please feel free to do so at [email protected] Sincerely, David Thoming Superintendent, NJESD

From: Dick Corso Date: July 1, 2016 at 12:33:43 PM PDT To: [email protected], [email protected] Cc: Kelly Bowers , David Thoming Subject: If Mayors Could Talk Together Dear Mayor Marchand and Mayor Silva, I'm sure the stories of Tri-Valley Learning Corporation (TVLC) now make it to you from outside your individual city boundaries. I suspect that if mayors could talk together, the mayor of Livermore and the mayor of Stockton might find they have things in common...experiences of getting bombarded by angry or concerned parents who have been told by TVLC that either you had something to do with or could do something about the impacts of TVLC operating in your jurisdiction. As a concerned and active parent working closely with leading parents of a very active community, I want you to know that concerns are growing. Based on many lawsuits (any lawsuit is too many, but up to 4 is way too many) and the allegations about TVLC and administrators, I no longer believe this organization should be allowed to have anything to do with children...at least not until it is reformed, if it even can be. I say that in all deference to the MANY wonderful teachers, the deeply involved parents, the caring and nurturing community of volunteers in our two communities. Our communities always need great schools. But they need great schools led by people of integrity. Children are our most important resource. We must protect them. I offer you both a glimpse into the level of activity that the parent community has felt necessary to undertake. We are a growing, committed and increasingly aware group. Please see our website: ReformOurCharterSchools.org If we were to ask nothing else of you as leaders, we do ask that when issues come before you about the Acacia Elementary and Middle Schools or the Livermore Valley Charter and Preparatory High Schools, that you do not become

This is a very good Charter school. I love their STEM program and not to mention the best afterschool program I have ever experienced. Thank you for giving my son the opportunity to grow in his knowledge. I am very impressed on how my son is motivated with all the history and Sciences that is surrounding him, I have to admit that this motivation came from the Acacia teachers and Staff. Again Thank you.

My son has had a great experience at acasia charter school. He has learned ao much and has grown so much with his teacher Mrs. luke. Closing this school will effect these childrens relationships that have been built. The curriculum and teachers that are in place provide excellent education to students and acasia charter should be able to continue that
