We LOVE South Bay Divas and it is definitely considered a second home for our Daughter. We work late and the gym on Basin is walking distance from her school, she usually walks over or gets dropped of by family friends. South Bay Divas is able to provide a safe and homelike environment for her to work on her homework or her tumbling skills whenever she's not attending her regularly scheduled Team practice or Extra classes. My daughter is in the gym at least 5 days a week and losing this gym would be devastating to her. Please keep South Bay Divas in San Pedro.

Good Luck!! It sad to see community members against a activity at a location that gives our youth something positive and keep them off the streets. Wake up people and quit being selfish! Good Luck Divas

The community should be thankful you are providing a safe place for children to be this day and age. In addition to the revenue which benifits the city. Warm wishes for the best possible outcome!

Good Luck. It is amazing what SBD is doing for the youth in this community, too many to list. It would be so tragic to these young people for SBD not to be able to continue providing for them.

Rec programs such as South Bay Divas are pillars in the community. Looking at the socio-economic divides in the community, South Bay provides a structured and nurturing environment for children from all walks of life. Losing a program like this will leave children with less privileged lives with no safe place to go. The staff are wonderful role models and South Bay should feel privileged to house such an amazing establishment.
