My best friend use to cheer for this gym and it was such a big and important part of her life. I know many girls who do cheer and have cheered for this gym and it has such a positive and uplifting effect on their life and I think that many more girls should get to have this opportunity and cheer somewhere that is close to home!!

The staff cares about their athletes beyond the typical coaches job.

SBD is a place where kids can feel safe in their own community. It is a place that fosters integrity, and shapes future leader. SBD instills values of setting goals , and teaching kids that these are achievable over the course if time with hardworking and perseverance. It is a small community that celebrates the diversification of its members.
