This sport is an incredible outlet for kids and their families! Most of my families best friends / relationships developed because of how long I was in the sport.
These kids take away so much from being in the gym as much as they are. Responsibility, discipline, integrity, teamwork, self-confidence, strength, just to name a few. As well as giving them something to focus a lot of their time and energy on.. keeping them out of trouble.
Please don’t take away their home away from home.

My daughter was A South Bay Diva we really enjoyed the team as a family and help her build lots of confidence & we are still big fans.
