Reopen. This whole thing is utterly stupid. We should be supporting our youth. Besides there not running the streets. It is a large organization all accross the nation.

I fail to see how a reasonable agreement cannot be made. There has been a cheer group in that facility for a while, and the new development was built between a very busy commercial street and an industrial/commercial area.
Set some boundaries around hours of operation and outdoor activities, keep the amplifiers indoors, and move on.
The homeowner group is being the divas here.

Let the kids cheer! I find it hard to believe that this is so unbearably noisy that you’d have to file a complaint and get them shut down. Stop trying to takeover the area and let the kids practice!!

They sell ear plugs at Walmart by the box, get some. The gym didn't pop up over night. They girls are national championships and sought be viewed as a average group of girls. This situation would be no different then living by a school.

We should not take kids opportunities away over a noise complaint. There has to be a compromise. I hope there is a solution!

People don’t realize that having a cheer program keeps girls off the streets liking any other sport. It builds character teamwork, responsibilities. Plain and simple life lessons. It would be a sad day to move the girls out of this facility
