Great store - great selection and mix of excellent brands and store brand, organic and conventional, excellent deli, all in a neighborhood size, with long-time, friendly, knowledgeable staff who know who you are. Perfect grocery store!

How often do you go to the store and see the same employees day after day, year after year? That speaks volumes about this store!

Please keep our BT Red Apple. We enjoy shopping there and the people working there are the greatest. We do not want a Grocery Outlet or 99 cent store in the shopping area. I would not shop at the Grocery Outlet store.

We NEED this local market. It is the only one within walking distance, and it is small enough to be easily negotiated by seniors, or parents with small children. It is a neighborhood gem. It reduces traffic congestion caused by trying to negotiated already overcrowded and congested streets to drive downtown megastores. One can actually make a QUICK trip to Red Apple to pick up forgotten items. That is impossible when trying to reach other stores. Most of us has little use for a dollar store. But all of us need a grocery store we can reach quickly and easily.

This is a disturbing trend by ROIC. They first forced the previous Ace Hardware out of Bridle Trails with a similar tactic. Now they are doing it with Red Apple, and I imagine it will happen with the other tenants once their leases come up. ROIC does not seem to be considering community value at all.

I regularly shop at this store and it would be a great loss to the community to have it gone.

It would really be good if the Red Apple didn't have to close because if it does and they put a Dollar Store in there or a Grocery Outlet other stores are going to leave too.

This market serves the entire Bridle Trails area and is important to our community. Please reconsider this enormous rent increase so that the Red Apple can continue to be a part of our neighborhoods.
