What a poor decision that will greatly hurt our community. Bridle Traiks Market is a gem of a business that provides a great benefit to the neighborhood. One more example that ROIC is ruining the vibe of our area.

We frequent Red Apple for its excellent meat and produce departments, and the wonderful employees. Its closure would represent a significant loss to this community. I never shop at dollar stores, and I will not give my business to any business replacing Red Apple. Please reconsider your stance on the lease increase - this little grocery is what brings many of us to this shopping center in the first place.

Replacing Red Apple with anything other than a grocery store will ruin the community feeling of Bridle Trails. Red Apple is a meeting place as well as a grocer. It is a safe place for our children to go (mine are now old enough to bike there) and many locals depend on the close proximity to their homes including senior citizens and individuals who don't drive. There is too much greed and if doubling the rent is not a necessity for your company, please take into consideration our community. Rumors of a dollar store are very upsetting. We have one a mile away and it will cheapen the plaza and anger a lot of people.

Why on earth would we want/need a dollar store? There is already one on 85th, & I have never needed it. I would go to Fred Meyer or Target before I would ever go to a dollar store! However, we do need a grocery store at this location...It is so convenient, I use it at least two times a week.

This is our neighborhood store. I understand shopping centers intimately. If the tenant is a tenant in good standing and an anchor tenant to the center, how much do you need to make? While the prices in the area have gone up exponentially, remember that they were also there when the market fell in 2008 etc.

Red Apple is a vital part of our shopping center and an excellent grocery store. I would not shop at a Dollar Store.

This is not an area that will support a dollar store. We need a local grocery store to bring business to the entire shopping center. We shop at Red Apple multiple times per week and will be sure to give them more business going forward.

The move by the property owners could result in a long term boycott if the center!

If true, doubling the lease rate is outrageous!

Save our red Apple store. We do not need another dollar store.
