I have shopped here for over 26 years. It is the absolute best grocery around. How could rents double? ROIC is heartless if they do this. Hundreds and hundreds of neighbors will be hurt by this. Save Red Apple.

Please, please, keep the rent affordable for Red Apple to stay in their current space in Bridle Trails. They are an amazing local business and are extremely supportive of the community. They have facilitated and even hosted multiple fundraisers for various causes in the community. It has been sad to see so many other businesses leave this shopping center because of rent increases. New York Pizza for example. Please help keep this anchor store in place with reasonable rent. Our community doesn't want a big fancy store charging a lot of money for products so they can pay the rent.

I would hate to lose this useful, convenient store in our neighborhood. I definitely will not support a Dollar store. Double the lease and no negotiation? That spells greed to me. In fact, if this is true, I don't think I'll support any business that goes in.

We have no interest in a Dollar Store or Grocery Outlet at all. Red Apple brings us to BTSC. If it goes, we will shop elsewhere.

I am disabled and can only drive very short distances. The Red Apple in Bridle Trails is a lifeline for me. The staff is amazing. Would be so sad to see it go!

Red Apple is not only a neighborhood grocery store, it is a store that supports the community cross all ages. Many people choose to walk to the store, which due to its proximity is possible for so many. Red Apple is a foundation that must remain at the location at Bridal Trails. The store has the BEST employees, selection of food items and promotes a positive location for Bridal Trails.
