Short term gain for the property owner with long term decline for the neighborhood. Dollar Tree is not a match for the area or demographic.

I've lived around Bridle Trails almost all my life, and Red Apple has always been an important part of my life. From the people that shop there to the people who work there, it is an important part of the community that should stay for many years to come.

Removing a full service grocery store is a bad idea! Please reconsider.

We love to do so much of our shopping and have family outings to the BT shopping center and would not feel that is was a destination spot for us with out this lovely grocery store.

Seems as though the ROIC is more concerned with profit over people. What good does it do to increase rents and force existing businesses to close? What do they plan to do then? I think they have a hidden agenda. Might be worthwhile for someone who knows how to dig into their motives. The Red Apple is a cornerstone there. Save the Red Apple!

I spend a lot of money at that Shopping Center. If Red Apple goes so does my financial support of the Business there.

We are a close-knit neighborhood and Red Apple has been a convenient community "fixture" for many years. Please negotiate a reasonable lease for our beloved Red Apple!

Please, please, please keep Red Apple. We love and need this store. It is such a wonderful neighborhood store. Closing Red Apple would be a big loss for our community.
