Profit at the expense of community needs. A black eye for ROIC.

It would be atrocious to see this store close and have a large, low quality chain brought in.

Raising the lease rate to what end? The demise of a wonderful market that serves thousands of very satisfied families and friends? Not a good solution...and needs to be squelched. PLEASE find a way to keep this treasured neighborhood resource!

With groceries, banking and small coffee stand, this is a true neighborhood center. A key anchor in so many ways, and shame on the greedy owners who aren't considering the effects on the other tenants.

This is a real grocery store, with real people working there, who really know how to help.

I use to work at the coffee shop inside this store. The owners and all employees are wonderful. It would be a tragedy to lose this place!

This store is woven into the fabric of our neighborhoods! Lobster drops, festive samplings during the holidays, personal service are just a few of the wonderful joys this store provides. We certainly don't need another dollar store around here, if that is what is planned. I won't even go to the strip mall if this store is forced to leave. Red Apple is the type of family grocery store that makes our area a great place to live.
