This is the closest grocery store for a large trading area and hopefully the landlord will see fit to negotiate a mutually agreeable lease. Any other kind of store will not anchor the center in the same way and traffic will die out for all retailers

Assuming that the shopping center overall is continuing in its current form for more than a couple of years (vs. being redeveloped), I strongly support having a neighborhood grocery as part of the business mix, and the Red Apple is a stellar example of what the neighborhood needs.

Red Apple is a staple of this neighborhood. It is a stable, reliable, consistent business for these property owners. Not good business practice to change a solid customer.

Please do not force our family run local market to close!! We love the Red Apple and don't want a grocery outlet and dollar store going in to replace it - what a waste and nobody will shop at those stores anyway. Keep the red apple where it belongs.

A lot of great people will lose their jobs that support their families.

BTRA (as my family affectionately calls it) is a local GEM! to replace it with some bargain place will really be really sad! It is such a friendly place with really involved in the community and stable workers. It is a fun, homey place to go. Please don't let it be lost!

Keeping independent groceries in the area is important, because they carry many items the major chains don't. And they have a wonderful, friendly neighborhood feel!

RAM is the "anchor" store......... the smaller, independent shops will fade and soon Bridle Trails will be the ghost "totem lake shopping mall"!

This grocery store is a staple in our community and replacing it will only hurt the neighborhood and kill the shopping center. What a bad business move on ROIC's part.
