I am for free speech and people having their own opinions. The 1st amendment doesn't cover defamation. And that is what Councilor Bobby Williams has done. If he can lie and be this hateful to another human being that doesn’t have his own views, Well then he has no place representing anyone and certainly not being an elected official. I should be proud of my city of Keene and what it stands for. With this BS happening with a Councilor and then the Mayor standing up for the Councilor is unacceptable. I am NOT proud of my city of Keene!

It doesn’t matter our beliefs, our views, our supports. As a public figure, an elected official, should never make posts regarding something as traumatic as an assassination. This is prime example why the American people are so divided today. Because people get HAPPY over the death of another person. Have a heart or don’t represent our town.

He's promoting violence, in effect, and that's not what we need in leadership roles. Fire him immediately. Don't put him on paid leave, as we the tax payers would foot the bill for that. Nonsense like this serves no place in politics.
