This address is my immediate neibor... I have young children and purchased my home in this neiborhood because it is very family orientated. I cannot have noise at all hours and house parties etc going on!

We moved out of our last house to get away from student rentals. It's a disaster waiting to happen! Please don't ruin another family community!

I purchased in Kedron Park because of absence of student housing. I want the neighbourhood to stay family oriented. We already have issues with bush parties, we don't need issues with house parties.
