It's not fair for the newly generation to know that Chinese has the right to be advisors in Namibia but no Namibian is in anyway in China with a high rang position.

I strongly condemn the appointment of a Chinese man as an advisor in Kavango East Region. This show us that Mr Wakudumo is undermining the skills, knowledge, and technical know-how of local people and the nation at large. I argue Mr. Wakudumo to turn down the appointment of his colleague.
