It's not always safe to trust an outsider to bring development without expecting something in return and he can't advice he's fellow Chinese to pay their workers with better salary and how sure that he's going to do it?

We are Namibian and Namibia belongs to Namibian. When we go to their country, we don't dictate the development agenda of their country, same as they should not dictate the agenda of Namibia. If they can't able to lead without Chinese, then they should resign. How do you expect a white guy to advice you in the interest of the black child. Do they want to say all the Namibian are unable to advice them. Weak generation
