If someone is disabled then they deserve compassion and an intelligent person to help them access things that would actually make the situation be what it should be, i.e. a tidy house. Do the right thing, renew the tenancy and give the assistance needed to make the property the standard you require.

Katie and her children deserve a home and instead of adding to her problems and causing more stress on her you should be helping her in every way you can, it's not a very good example the way you treat disabled/chronic illnesses tenants

How ridiculous! Show a little compassion Dale and Valley! The inside of her home is really none of your business anyway.

Katie deserves her single tendency. The house is getting better. Step by step it will continue to improve even if it is not at the rate we would all want.

No empathy, no compassion...sounds about right for people working in the public sector.....there but for the grace of god......had she been a drug addict. or an ex offender they would no doubt oblige....disgusting.treatment....

Please don't take the stability of Katie's home from her. She already deals with so much physically, don't add to her a mental challenge and stress as well. Do the right thing Dale and Valley, there's already too much heartless in the world.

Katie is really sick and going through a really rough phase. Please show her a little compassion and grant her secure tenancy of her house. My son also has Tuberous Sclerosis. It's an awful condition.
