I have fibromyalgia etc and if I wash the dishes I can barely stand up straight. When I use a broom to sweep a room I have to go lay down for at least an hour and I'm in so much pain... if we don't clean its not that we're lazy it's because we are afraid and know how much it hurts. And even when we clean and end up in bed for days we cant clean half.

Shame on Dale and Valley Homes..... It's difficult to live with one debilitating condition and she has several. She needs support not shame!

How heartless can people be? And what business is it of anyone to see the inside of someone's place as long as they're paying rent and not doing any damage? Shouldn't there be some kind of legal avenue that she can take?

It is so unfair to punish someone who is I'll and trying her best. Has anyone offered to help the poor woman or just evict her? A little bit of kindness and consideration goes a long way. Please let this poor woman sign her lease again.

This young lady needs a break. She is trying her hardest to be independent, and looks as though her needs are being ignored. Do we show her compassion or is that only reserved for economic migrants and refugees.

I too have Fibromyalgia, and other health issues. I know what it's like to try and keep up with the chores of every day living. It can be at times an impossible task due to our illnesses. Compassion from others can be a true blessing, and is often needed, as in this case.

Katie needs a lot of help to cope with her situation and her health issues as well, NOT the added pressure of losing her home on top of it. Unless you suffer health issues (I also have Fibromyalgia) you really don't understand how it really feels. Please please let her keep her tenancy and maybe sort out some sort of help for her

To Dale and Valley Homes - Instead of punishing Katie for her illnesses (and showing your own ignorance) why don't you get a team together to help her sort out her house? Your own homepage states "equality and diversity" and "Put simply, we believe no-one should suffer disadvantage because of who they are". A lawyer would have a field day with you.

The situation at hand is to no ones liking. Please do not add to it by discriminating against a tenant who cannot change it quick enough for your liking due to chronic health issues. It is changing and she is working on it to the best of her ability. Either offer her more in the way of physical assistance to meet your deadline or extend the lease and allow her the next review to finish things on her own. The stacking number of health issues alone make regular daily tasks hard on her. Evicting her only means you will possibly be left to clean this out anyway as if she could do it quickly she would have. Compassionate meeting of the minds and a plan is needed but please meet with her and commit to helping her stay in her home!
