Reinstate Katie's Secure Tenancy!

Please take into consideration this poor womans disabilities......try to help her, not tear her down.

Are there any volunteers in your community that would be willing to help with the sorting process to tidy things up?

Instead of tossing her out why don't you help her? When you suffer with dibilitating illness it's a chore to go to the bathroom let alone vacuum the livingroom. A little compassion goes a long way!

I can't believe you would discriminate against a disabled person because she is too ill to clean. Is this even legal? Shame on you. Please do the right thing and renew her tenancy!

I have Fibro and several other issues as well, my house hasn t been "tidy" in years, since I raise 3 boys. Reinstate her lease and see if there aren t ways to provide help for her to sort through the junk.

Removing a disabled person from her home because she is too ill to clean is unconscionable.

If it weren't for my husband my home would be in a terrible state. I am unable to accomplish many household tasks. So I wish you the best of luck.

tenancy should of been signed off straight away . It's mad enough to have chronic pain all day and the stress she is under will make all her conditions worst.

as a disabled lady myself, I know how hard it can be to keep up with accumulating mess. I try very hard but generally fail which makes dust gather more which adversely affects my lungs. Since I suffer sever allergies that attack my lungs, I have to be careful. Vaccuming sets the dust off, making my lungs worse, catch 22. Help and support this lady instead of penalising her for things out of her control. Do the right thing

i am a fibro warrior. Wish i were close enough to help you sort it out and tidy up. We all need a little help from an unknown friend from time to time.

I think this is disgusting and should give you your tenancy you did not ask for ya illnesses.and yes you may take a while getting things sorted but at least ya doing it so can't see why there don't leave you alone .

Can they actually evict someone for having an untidy house. Perhaps someone from social services could provide the help she so obviously needs.

I, like many others who have signed this, have numerous disabilities. Katie should be offered assistance not eviction. I'm sure she would welcome any help. Please aid her, not evict her! I keep my house hygienic but it's messy but I own my home and no one would dare say I shouldn't live here due to mess! Rented accommodation should have the same treatment!

This is horrible. I'm a single mom. I live in an apartment and have my own little pile to go thru. It's so hard being disabled and not having help to sort thru things. I can understand and empathize. Good luck Katie!

I suffer from Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, diabetes, arthritis, sciatica and other illnesses. I believe that Katie would love to do the sorting herself but I also know that the stress of this situation will be making a stressful situation even worse. The pain from Katie conditions will at times be indescribable! Please assist in helping Katie move on and have just a little calm and order once her new home is provided. I can't even imagine. A dear friend of mine has many health issues as well and lives in a low-rent housing village. If they did this to her, she'd have no where else to go. NO ONE should lose their home because of physical or mental disabilities

Our life is hard enough with just the simplest of tasks every day , stress to makes things more difficult , please get this lady some kind of help don't hinder her
