I request for the return of my daughter Nevaeh Rae Lynn Helget, because of the childish nature of her father actions and the untimely return from a pre ordered visit issued by myself. The scheduled visit was for Friday afternoon to Monday evening. The defendant failed to return her based on over exaggerated "neglect", and twisted information which in my defense was incorrect. I contest that I am an excellent mother and have provided for m child since the day of her birth with no help from the defendant. I feel that given his aggressive background with the community, drugs, and the law that my daughter be safer with me.
