That statue represented a time (1974) when the Philadelphia Flyers won the Stanley Cup at the Spectrum and not where the new Flyers team plays hockey. This statue should have been placed in a museum since it represents philly’s history and memories of happier times from the 1970’s.

Grow up America. She sang songs during a time period where this was the norm. I do not agree that it was "right" but it was the norm. She's been dead for decades and obviously isn't singing these songs now. Grow up!
